Wedding Dresses

As Daniel and I walked through the mall this past weekend I couldn’t help but notice that my wedding dress was on display in the JCrew Storefront. Oh how I love that flowy dress and the special day that I got to wear it. It was so simple, but so perfect for me. I probably shouldn’t admit this (Daniel if you are reading please don’t think that I am weird) but I knew the exact dress I wanted months before Daniel even proposed. I remember finding it online and telling my college roommate that was the dress that I was going to wear to marry Daniel.

Don’t worry, I didn’t go out and buy it immediately after he proposed! I waited until after we had our venue nailed down to make sure that it would be the right fit. I tried on a few other dresses just for the experience. I feel like everyone should so that just for the fun of it, because really when will I ever get to play dress up again? After I got all of the fun out of my system I headed over to JCrew to get serious. As soon as I put on my dress I knew it was exactly what I wanted.

I love the classic elegance that JCrew offers. I was scoping out their new line of wedding dresses and they are absolutely gorgeous, like stunners! Most people don’t realize that they actually have a Bridal area in the Lenox mall. Just call and make an appointment and you get to try all of those beauties on!

Flint Hill Wedding Photographer | Chris & Allison

Ever since Chris was a little boy he wanted to become a Police Officer.  He dressed up for the part every Halloween and he even attended a relatives wedding wearing a badge, a toy gun and a cowboy hat when he was four. He’s known what he wanted from the very beginning and it wasn’t any different when he met Allison in Criminology class in college. Allison loves animals and Chris grew up in the country, so many things match up perfectly for these two, but my favorite thing is the way that they laugh together.

After three years of dating these two decided to make it official this past Saturday at Flint Hill in Norcross, Georgia. The bright and early in the morning with the sun beaming through the trees. As Allison and Chris both prepared for the ceremony I couldn’t believe that it was finally here. They said their “I do’s” and walked down the aisle and the joy that came over them was the sweetest thing.

With every wedding that I photograph I become more an more thankful for the amazing couples that I have an opportunity to work with. It was such an honor to be a part of their wedding day and I am so excited for everything that is ahead of them! Allison and Chris I hope that you are having an amazing time in St. Lucia!

Can you read that inscription on the left? Yup, it says CRIMINOLOGY, the class that they met in.

Allison you are stunning!

I just love this photo!
